Physical activity and physical play have an integral role in supporting the wellbeing of a young person, so we offer Self-Defense through Mindful Boxing in connection with T.R.G. Counseling, Coaching, and Consulting as a combination of physical activity, self-defense skills, and mental wellness support. Youth who participate gain a combination of physical skills and mental and emotional skills that can help them stay focused on maintaining health and safety for themselves.
